"Server chose SSLv3, but that protocol version is not enabled or not supported by the client" when using JAVA fulctionality in Controller

Troubleshooting


Problem

User tries to use a JAVA-related function (for example 'Maintain - Jobs - Define'). An error appears.

Symptom

The error message will vary, depending on which menu item is chosen, but it will look similar to:
