Troubleshooting
Problem
You are attempting to license the SPSS Sentinel License Manager via the License Authorization Wizard, but you are encountering the following error: Sentinel LM: Error[92]: Failed to add license code to the license server on host "no-net". License code is invalid. What does this mean?
Resolving The Problem
Please make sure the Sentinel LM service is started. You may also need to double check that you don't already have an earlier version of the Sentinel License Manager installed from another software package such as Cytel's StatXact which will conflict with the license manager installed by us. Since both will utilize the same port, you will need to remove one and keep only the latest version of the Sentinel License Manager installed. Keep in mind that you will need to reinstall the other licenses using the new Sentinel License Manager.
