Sending Feedback

The Feedbackbutton provides quickaccess to send your feedback to IBM?. When sending feedbackconsider that the feedback page information is forwarded to ProductManagement and not to Customer Support.

Tosend feedback follow this procedure.

Procedure

  1. From the Options menu select Feedback todisplay the feedback correspondence page.
  2. Complete the following fields as appropriate:
    Field
    Description
    Contact Name

    Name of the person the Sterling Commerce representative shouldcontact to discuss the reason for this feedback. Required.

    Contact Phone Number

    Telephone number of the contact person. Required.

    Contact E-Mail Address

    E-mail address of the contact person. Required.

    Feedback

    Reason that prompted this feedback such as enhancement requests.For immediate assistance see Getting Support.

  3. Click Submit.
