"Select a Server" section is blank when user launches CDM client

Troubleshooting


Problem

User launches CDM client. User is given the "Select a Server" screen. This is blank. This is to be expected the first time that the user launches CDM, but (after the first time) CDM is expected to remember this setting. However, the end users find that every time they launch CDM (for example first thing in the morning) this is blank. Why?

Symptom

"Server" setting is blank (empty) when CDM is launched:


In other words, it does not remember the last server that was launched, for example:
