SECURITY_35 - User ID already exists

Troubleshooting


Problem

  1. Every SCH Organization user must have a unique User ID.

    1. User ID have the following naming convention:

      <ID>@<organization ID>
  2. User IDs are not case sensitive, e.g. if a user with User ID user@example-organization already exists, then you cannot create a new user with User ID User@example-organization.

Symptom

  1. Unable to create a new user in a Control Hub Organization

Resolving The Problem

  1. Ensure your new user’s user ID is unique in your SCH Organization.

  2. You can search User ID’s in the right search panel to check if your user ID matches an existing user
