Problem
The following error is raised when accessing some of the PCA web console features such as Edit Interface:
"Security key mismatch - This POST is not valid. The most likely cause of this is a resent POST. Possible CSRF attack.
Please refresh this page and try (don't resend the POST)".
The Tealeaf error_log file (available through the PCA web console) also reports the following error: [Mon Feb 21 10:40:04 2011] [error] PHP Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_rl7d6cfacch1e9fp2e7917p7u0 O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /usr/local/ctccap/ui/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 92"
This error occurs if the ctccap user does not have write permission in /tmp.? To validate that this is the actual cause login as ctccap (su - ctccap command as root) and write a file in /tmp: touch /tmp/test.
Solution
Modify the ctccap permissions so that it can write to /tmp.
