Problem
Adobe Flash is not up to date - The latest version of Adobe Flash must be installed/updated while using the browser mentioned in the scan report. Please remember to restart your browser and click Scan again after updating Adobe Flash.
Windows Auto Update is disabled - From Control Panel, open System and Security, and click Windows Update. If you do not want to update Windows automatically, you can ignore Trusteer Rapport's recommendation. Otherwise, click Change settings, and turn on automatic updates. Note, this is also recommended by Microsoft.
Anti Virus or Firewall are not running or not up to date - From Control Panel, open System and Security. If your security solution is not listed, it means that Windows is not able to monitor its status. Therefore, Trusteer Rapport may not be able to monitor it either.
If a problem still exists despite following the instructions above, please report a problem through the Trusteer Endpoint Protection Console (under Help and Support) and specify the problem. Our support staff will receive the required information in order to analyze the problem and get back to you with a solution.
