Secure Proxy timeout error leading to XIPT016I error: stext=TCP lost the connection. System error is Broken pipe

Symptom

Receiving broken pipe error on pnode: SSP timout errors indicating broken pipe.

cdspssl: Error queue first 1408F10B:lib(20):func(143):reason(267)
