Problem
User getting authentication failure when using SSP>SEAS SSO (Active Directory)>Sterling Integrator Successful connections are very sporadic.
Symptom
Error:
AUTH002E Ldap Bind failed for CN=<userDN> [LDAP: error code 49 - 8009030C: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A9, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1
Error:
INFO [SSHD-TRANSFER-2] sys.NODE.SSO_SFTP_Netmap.SFTP_Inbound - sftp sessid=7c3addc8-8f86-4981-849e-ec82074de5e5 SSE2682 AUTH201E Could not retrieve password policy for <userID> (Reason: Read timed out))
User does not authenticate
