The error code indicates the identifier for the error thatoccurred when the document was being processed.

1. Navigate to the Interface Summary screen.To navigate to the Interface Summary screen perform the followingsteps:
   1. Log in to Sterling Business Centerasan Enterprise Administrator.
   2. From the SystemSetup homepage expand the Report menuand click Find Interface Error. The InterfaceSummary screen is displayed. By default this screen displaysthe interface summary information pertaining to all the documentsthat were processed during the last seven days.
2. In the Search Criteria panel clickthe Look-Up icon adjacent to the Error Code field.The IBM Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Suite: ApplicationsConsole pop-up window is displayed.
3. In the Search Criteria panel enterthe identification code of the error that you are searching for inthe Error Code field. You can also select oneof the following values from the drop-down list for assistance insearching for an error code:
   • is - when selected the application searches for the exact valuethat you entered.
   • starts with - when selected the application searches for allthe error codes that start with the entered value.
   • contains - when selected the application searches for all theerror codes that contain the entered value.
4. Enter the description of the error code in the ErrorDescription field. You can also select one of the followingvalues from the drop-down list for assistance in searching for anerror code:
   • is - when selected the application searches for the exact valuethat you entered.
   • starts with - when selected the application searches for allthe error codes that start with the entered value.
   • contains - when selected the application searches for all theerror codes that contain the entered value.
5. In the Max Records field enterthe maximum number of records to be listed as a result of the search.By default the value of this field is set to 30. The maximum valuethat you can enter in this field is 500.
6. Click Search. The error code errordescription and error explanation corresponding to your search criteriaare displayed in the Listing panel.
