Synchronous Data Link Control (SDLC) is a communications protocol used in IBM? SNA networks. Systems Network Architecture (SNA) is a set of network communications protocols developed by IBM that enables other computers to communicate with IBM computers.
You can access Sterling B2B CollaborationNetwork using the Synchronous Data Link Control (SDLC/SNA) communications protocol.
Transport Methods
The following transport methods support SDLC/SNA:
- Direct dial using either:
- An 800 number available in the U.S. Canada and Mexico
- A 614 number available internationally
- Frame relay
