Problem
As it was previously available in the TDI 7.1.1 version, the 'Do not start if AL is already running' option is no longer available in the SDI 7.2 Scheduler panel.
Cause
Due to product component changes the option was removed in SDI 7.2.

Resolving The Problem
As the feature has been removed, the option is now hardcoded that the scheduler will never start a new AL instance when the AL is already running. If a config xml currently contains the NoStartIfRunning (aka Do not start if AL is already running) parameter it will be ignored in SDI 7.2 Config Editor and Server.
