Abstract
Subsystem Device Driver Device Specific Module (SDDDSM) and Subsystem Device Driver Path Control Module (SDDPCM) will no longer be supported for DS8000.

Effective August 1st 2019, SDDDSM and SDDPCM for DS8000 are no longer supported by IBM.
Users need switch to MSDSM and AIXPCM to get continuous multipath software support from Microsoft and IBM when attaching to DS8000. For more information on how to migrate from SDDDSM/SDDPCM to OS native multipath software, see the links in the Related Information section below.
