Scheduling a yearly report

Summary

While there is no option in Maximo to schedule a report to run once a year, there are a couple options that you can use to achieve this.

You can schedule a report for 'Every 12 Months' On day 31 at a given time. (This one looks like the best option to me).

If you click preview, you will see it schedules for the current month Day 31, going forward many years.
But this only works for the current Month (or the next instance of day 31), After 3/31, you can only schedule for April dates, and so on.

You could also select
'Every 52 weeks' on whatever day of the week. That would be 52 weeks from this week. So if you wanted it to be on a particular week, you would need to schedule it on that exact. week.

Every 365 days would work as well, but as you encounter Leap years the date will slip back. So this option may not be helpful.
