Scheduled reports sometimes fail to run

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to schedule a report using IBM Maximo Asset management using BROS result in the error: psdi.util.MXApplicationException: BMXAA5480E - The report {report.rptdesign} of the {application} application failed to run.

Symptom

Instead of receiving an email with the attached report output, the user receives an email with the error
[INVENTOR] report..rptdesign
