Problem

How do I save off the results of a query run with Run SQL Scripts?

Resolving The Problem

There are two places to check/verify
 
First
 
1) Within Run SQL Scripts, select Connection on the menu bar
 
2) Select the Connected - yourIBMi option
 
3) Select (check) Enable Saved Results
 
Then 
 
4) Within Run SQL Scripts select Edit -> Preferences.
 
5) Select the General tab  on the Preferences dialog box.
 
6) Select (check) Enable saving or results using scrollable cursors.

Note: with later releases you may need to enable this option from the connections tab.

7) Restart your Run SQL Scripts connection.  
 
8) Run your query.  
 
9) Right click on those results and the option to Save Results is now available.

NOTE - you may need to use the retrieve all rows button in the lower right of the interface before saving.  This will ensure all the data is saved and not just the data displayed.
