Symptom
You see the error when trying to save a process specification
CRJAZ2069E An error occurred during the execution of this diagnostic with the error message "com.ibm.team.repository.common.InternalRepositoryException: CRJAZ1036E The following content could not be saved: StoredContent([UUID], text/plain, 215431, None, HashCode([code]))". See the server log for more detail.
