Troubleshooting
Problem
User opens 'Maintain - Forms Define'. User opens a form, and makes some changes. User tries to save the form layout. User receives an error message.
Symptom
Exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472
NOTE:
- 'HRESULT' error messages appear when the client device (for example desktop PC or Citrix server) has Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 installed.
- If IE7 is installed on the client PC, the error will be similar to 'Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt' instead.
