Troubleshooting
Problem
After you upgrade to IBM Business Process Manager Version 8.0.1 Fix Pack 1 from Version 8.0.0 or 8.0.1, the Saved Search Admin function does not work correctly when you access the Process Admin Console using the HTTP protocol. However, the Saved Search Admin function works normally when you use the HTTPS protocol.
Symptom
Normally, when you try to edit the Columns, Conditions, and Ordering using HTTPS, the drop-down list includes the information as shown in the following screen shot:
However, if you access the Process Admin Console using the HTTP protocol, all of the drop-down lists are empty as shown in the following screen shot:
