Problem
When saving the report as Excel 2007/Excel 2002/PDF format, Chinese report name shows as question mark.
Symptom
When saving the report as Excel 2007/Excel 2002/PDF format, the report can be saved, but the report name is corrupted if it contains Chinese Characters.
