Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller, and clicks "Company - Data Entry - Reported Values". User chooses the parameters for the data entry form, and clicks 'open'. Microsoft Excel appears, and the Data Entry form is ready for use. User types a value into a cell, and tries to save it. Unfortunately the menu item 'Save Data' is inactive (grey).
Symptom
The icon 'Save Data' is impossible to click on (grey):
