Observe self-test results when SAS controller is initialized during system boot.

Problems with the ASPI driver, loaded when diagnostic mode is initialized, may cause unexpected results.
The SAS Controller test has been removed from the diagnostics because the SAS controller tests and provides results as part of the initialization of the controller each time the system is booted. The diagnostic test is seen as a duplicate.
