Problem

In the SD log, the cluster administrator has detected the following error message : 2018-01-04 17:19:07.545 EST5EDT ERROR [9106:140479164319488] platcomm.Channel - Code[S61013]: protocol.cpp:178 PLATCOMM_PROTOCOL_VERSION Unsupported protocol version or bogus data received in communication from <172.30.37.13:49493> to <172.30.37.11:7874>. Ensure all middleware components use the same version as the session director host and check proper networking configuration to ensure that the local port is not being used by any other application. What is this ERROR message about and its impact to SD service in Symphony cluster?
