Problem
When running a Cognos report an error condition occurs.
Symptom
Error: 1006 occurred while opening runtime model file: '../cognos_install./bin\../data/cqe/RTModels/URLID1d1XNjQ0NToxMTY5ODUyODUzMjkyOjM1OTQ1o1X1e20071i011i26T181l071l331j4490000Z.rtm'." Details:
"Error: 1006 The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid.
