Problem
When trying to synchronize the model, the following error occurs
Symptom
RUNTIME ERROR! Program: C:\Program Files\cognos\ap\bin\bmt.exe
Resolving The Problem
This is caused if the a job was previously run and terminated abnormally (e.g. killed in Task Manager or something similar). To resolve the issue, truncate the table PW_ETL_LOCKTABLE.
If a job fails in a normal fashion then this table is truncated automatically. If an abnormal termination occured, the table must be truncated manually.
