Problem
Once you know that 'Method and Line Level Coverage' profiling type relies on probekit BCI, you can envision manual instrumentation of the classes on which you wish to monitor coverage and then run your test with profiling enabled in a stand-alone mode. Finally you can import your profile files in the workbench to see Coverage detailed results.
