Running report to Excel does not prompt to Open/Save in Microsoft Edge

Troubleshooting


Problem

When running a Cognos report to Excel format in Microsoft Edge, report is automatically downloaded.  User is not prompted to Open or Save the report.

Symptom

After running a report to Excel, the user will see the following:
