Attempts to run IBM Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Build Utility results in error Unbound classpath container.

Symptom

Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software Build Utility shows the following error on the console when it is run:

[projectGetErrors] ---------- [projectGetErrors] 1. ERROR in /AdderJava [projectGetErrors] (at line 0) org.eclipse.jdt.core.buildpath_problem [projectGetErrors] Unbound classpath container: 'JRE System Library AdderRuntime JRE¨' in project 'AdderJava'
