Problem
Attempts to run a query in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) Eclipse Client results in "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException".
Symptom
You can see an error similar to the following one in the RTC Eclipse Client UI:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Uri has an authority component
at java.io.File.<init>(File.java:369)
when attempting to run a query.
