Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not set, when trying to remove an application from the CAC.

Troubleshooting


Problem

Error occurs when trying to remove a specific application from the CAC. A GTP for the application also fails and errors occur when clicking on the Publish->Table-only Layout folder as well as the Monitoring Console

Symptom

The following errors occur on the Contributor Administration Console for the problem application (note the same error is listed in the planningerrorlog.csv file also):

When trying to remove the application from the CAC:
"Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable not set"

When running a GTP on the problem application:
"The Go To Production process failed. Unable to notify jobs of Pre Production. Object required."

When clicking on problem application->Production->Publish->Table-only Layout folder"
"Unable to load page. Failed to load the page with ID of 'EAdminUI_83.pgReportingPublish.
Error description: Object variable or With block variable not set"

When clicking on the Monitoring Console:
"Unable to load page. Failed to load the page with ID of 'EAdminUI_83.pgAllMonitoring.
Error description: Object required"
