Run Task fails to run

Troubleshooting


Problem

CDRUNTASK used to run a task on a partner Sterling Connect:Direct for i5/OS. The first Run Task called may work, but subsequent ones fail.

Symptom

On the Pnode you see:
Starting handshake
Handshake success. Selected protocol TLSV12, selected cipher TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
Session not established with CD_NODE_i5
######00000008/00000000/ASMT806I-Unknown sense code received.
Sense:: 0000
######00000008/00000000/ATCP022I-Error reading TCP/IP header
######00000008/00000000/ATCP037I-TCP/IP error occurred filling look-ahead buffer
 
On the Snode you see:
Successfully secured environment as SNODE
Starting handshake
Handshake failed with rc 6010 and message Pointer not valid.
Session not established with CD_NODE_i5
######00000016/00006010/CSPA999E-SECURE+ INTERNAL ERROR
######00000008/00006010/CSPA204E-SSL receive failure, rc=&VAR1, rsn=&VAR2
