What's the RRDtool command used by RTM?

Here is the RRDtool command list used by RTM:
create – Creates an RRDfile based upon specification
update – Insert new data into the RRDfile
graph – Render a graph based upon specification
dump – dump the contents of the RRDfile in human readable XML format
restore – take the human readable formatted data, and create an RRDfile from it
last – get the last update time from the RRDfile
lastupdate – get the last data and timestamp inserted
fetch – get data from an RRDfile
info – fetch RRDfile structure information
tune – change certain RRDfile settings
resize – add or remove rows from an RRA specification
