How to navigate to the Preventive Service Planning (PSP) documents for the IBM i

Resolving The Problem

IMPORTANT:  As of March 18, 2024, some of the IBM i Preventative Service Planning by release documents are no longer being updated. 

For a current list of IBM i Preventative Service Planning documents, please reference the IBM i Support: Recommended Fixes & IBM i Group PTFs with level documents.  You can also search for and display IBM i Known issues, Fix information, and PSP documents at the following URL: https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/product-defect-list?productid=01t500000051Jh7AAE&language=en_US

  • Use the first filter to filter on Known issues, Fix information or Preventative Service Planning. 
  • You can also filter by IBM i OS VRM.
  • Text search is available by clicking on the magnifying glass located to the far right of the page and below the filters.
