Maximo Feature Pack 7.6.0.8 Interim Fix (IFIX) 002 was released on August 11th, 2017.
Maximo Feature Pack 7.5.0.11 Interim Fix (IFIX) 009 was released on August 25th, 2017.
An update to an Apache Batik jar, included as part of these IFIX releases, prevents rich text from loading into dialog windows. For example, when viewing a long description that contains html, the dialog window will not contain a text editor.

The following error will be generated when Maximo attempts to load rich text into a text editor:
javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/batik/i18n/Localizable
IMPORTANT:
Both IFIXes were already pulled down from Fix Central. If you have download one of this IFIXes before that, DO NOT install it.
This issue will be resolved in Maximo 7.6.0.8 IFIX 003 (due early September) and Maximo 7.5.0.11 IFIX10 (due late September). No other Maximo versions are affected by this issue.
If you are on Maximo 7.6.0.8 or Maximo 7.5.0.11 and need the fixes you may either wait until IFIX 003 or IFIX 010 is released.
If you have already installed one of the IFIXes above, please create a PMR and request a fix for APAR IV99507. An LAFIX will be immediately provided to correct this problem.
