RHEL 9 - Dynamic Agent install - openssl: symbol lookup error

Troubleshooting


Problem

IBM Workload Scheduler Dynamic Agent install fails to load openssl libraries during AgentCertificateDownloader.sh.

Symptom

From <install_dir>/TWSDATA/installation/logs/
WAINST0229I Importing certificates from /root/tmp/wa10.2.1.00/WA_iwsuser/waCertificates.zip.
WAINST0246E Operation failed with an unexpected return code {0}.
WAINST035I For more details see the installation log file: <install_dir>/TWSDATA/installation/logs/AgentCertificateDownloader_10.2.1.00.log.
