Reverting the Shipment Status
Procedure
To revert the status of a shipment or order follow thesesteps:
- Select a shipment on the Shipments taband click Edit. The Edit Shipment page opens.
- Click Edit Status. The Edit Statuspage opens and lists the current status of the shipment.
- Click Status History to open theStatus History page. You can view all events associated with the selectedshipment or order. The list shows the date and time of each eventand the organization that made the change.
- Click Revert to change the shipmentor order to the previous status.
