Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Excel. User clicks "Controller - Log on". After a few seconds, an error message appears. Alternatively, user tries to launch Controller. User receives generic 'An error occurred while trying to access server' error. Inside the application server's Event Viewer there is a similar error message.
