Retain ID Activation Process

Answer

Purpose: There are instances where a Retain Id can be set as 'inactive'. This can occur when a password expires and the password is not reset or an incorrect password is attempted multiple times. The process for reactivation can be done using the automated voice response tool.

Information needed:

  • Retain User id that is inactive

The voice response tool on 888-426-4357? -? Choose option 4 option 1 and then option 2

You will be directed to the Retain Automated System

Complete the following steps:

  1. Enter Retain User id on the phone keypad

  2. Verify repeated Retain id (Yes/No)

  3. Say 'Activate Account'

  4. Record PMR that is created
