Retain Bridge Password Reset Process

Answer

Purpose: This document will provide details on how to change a password for Retain. It will be used for Ticket Sync bridges between Parature and Retain.

  • Step 1 ? Navigate to WebRetain
  • Step 2 ? Enter the Retain User id and current password for the user for which the change will be performed. Ensure that the Change Password box is checked. Click on Submit.
  • Step 3 - Fill the three fields and then click Submit.
    • Old Password ? this is the current password used to access Retain
    • New Password & Verify Password ? this is the new password
      • Password format ? 7 alpha characters and 1 numerical digit
  • Step 4 ? A successful change will generate a notification at the bottom of the page.
