Diagnosing The Problem
Command and error:
$ /opt/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/dsmserv restore db

ANR2971E Database backup/restore/rollforward terminated - DB2 sqlcode -1035 error.
Resolving The Problem
ANR2971E Database backup/restore/rollforward terminated - DB2 sqlcode -1035 error.
The aqlcode is:
SQL1035N The database is currently in use.
From the instance user account, do:
db2stop
Once DB2 has stopped, then do the restore command again:
dsmserv restore db
