Resource manager administrator console cannot be accessed when resource manager is deployed on WebSphere Application Server Version 6.1

Problem

An error is posted on the Web page when you try to access the resource manager administrator console. The error happens only if IBM Content Manager is at Version 8.4.3 Fix Pack 2 level and the resource manager is deployed on WebSphere Application Server Version 6.1.

Symptom

When you try to access the resource manager administrator console by using a URL such as https://hostname:port/icmrm/admin, an error message that is similar to the following example is posted on the Web page:

JSPG0227E: Exception caught while translating /jsf/login.
jsp: /jsf/login.jsp(83,45) --> JSPG0123E: Unable to locate tag
attribute info for tag attribute autocomplete.

The problem occurs only in IBM Content Manager Version 8.4.3 Fix Pack 2 and only when resource manager is deployed on WebSphere Application Server Version 6.1.
