Resolving a resource out of sync error

Problem

When zipping and unzipping workspaces, you may see a "Resource is out of sync" error similar to the following: []org.eclipse.core.internal.resources.ResourceException: Resource is out of sync with the file system: /ArrangeLogisticsApp/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF []

Cause

Zipping and unzipping workspaces alters dates, thereby resulting in Eclipse throwing the error.

Resolving The Problem

The following steps provide a workaround for this problem:

Switch to the Navigator view.
Refresh the workspace.
Build the workspace again.
