Problem
Applying a Fix Pack or Feature Pack can cause ITEM.ITEM_DESCRIPTION to be defined incorrectly.
Symptom
After applying a Fix Pack, Integrity Checker can report this error:
BMXAA0443E - ERROR -- BMXAA0497E - The following columns are defined to be 'same-as', but have different definitions:ITEM.ITEM_DESCRIPTION ALN(100) same as ITEM.DESCRIPTION UPPER(255)
