About this task

Usethis procedure to request a mailbox or mailslot.

Procedure

To request a mailbox or mailslot follow these steps:

  1. There are two ways to access the Order Mailbox/Mailslotform:
    • From any page in Sterling Customer Center in theleft pane click Request New Mailbox/Mailslot.
    • From any page in Sterling Customer Center at thetop of the page click Edit Profile. From the Administration menuclick Request Mailbox/slot.
  2. Complete the fields as indicated on the form.
  3. At the bottom click Submit to submitthe request.
    Note: Return to the Request Mailbox/slot formas needed if you require multiple mailboxes or mailslots.
