Problem
Using the IBM Security Access Manager - Advanced Access Control functionality to trade an earlier issued Access Token for a Reverse Proxy Authenticated Session, results in an exception.
Symptom
A request to https://<webseal-fqdn>/mga/sps/oauth/oauth20/session results in the following error:
"The authorization server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
