'The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service unavailable' when performing database optimise, caused by using a proxy server

Troubleshooting


Problem

User clicks "Maintain - Database - Optimize" and starts the database optimisation routine. After approximately one minute, an error message appears.

Symptom

The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service unavailable.
