You? can download report in xls format which can be open in Excel sheet
1. Go to Tealeaf -> Portal Management -> Cx Settings -> Miscellaneous > Double click on "Excel Export Extension" attribute.
Change " Excel Export Extension"? to "xls"
2. Save the change .
3. Now try to export report in Excel you will get file downloaded in xls format.
(Please note? once you open downloaded file in Excel you may get an error which you can ignore and load the file. )
