Troubleshooting
Problem
When a report is run and set to output to a number of different formats it is not possible to get to these outputs. Submit a report to run on background and select Excel, PDF and CSV as outputs. When the report has completed, browse to the report and select View versions. The date/time of the last run should drop down and show me the outputs but nothing happens. The date/time is clickable but nothing happens.
There are missing menu options such as My Inbox, My Watch Items and also the ‘Other’ option for Legacy tools.
