Problem
When you are using some calculation in report, Cognos shows wrong decimal value if you run the report with Excel format, vs HTML, PDF, etc. For example, in some case, when a report contains running_total() against calculated value from NUMBER(10,2), Excel shows 8 significant digits but HTML shows 4, not 2.
