Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to generate a report failed with "Cannot create temporary folder ../RPE/temp" in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC).
Symptom
When you generate the report it will fail with an error similar to the following:
Cannot create temporary folder /home/MyUserID/.tmp/RPE/temp/9e98e4cf-
